\nI think it's really hard finding a way which truly guarantees that the aid is being spent wisely, ad still respecting the country's sovereignity . Many people have a role to play when aid is given. What should be done, would be to create effective plans and policies to distribute aid directly to the population and if possible avoid military and political leaders intervention.
\n It would also be important to use aid to help the country develop, this would stop the dependance of the country in foreign nations aid and would encourage population and politics to keep a self-sufficient nation.
\nAid should be distributed to give a boost to developing nations, this would result in a faster develop ratio. Once countries had develop to a certain point, the aid supply should dissapear.
